What equipment do we need to use the Transfr Train?

The Transfr Train works with popular VR headsets. Our team will help assess your technology needs and recommend the right setup for your organization.

Does Transfr Train integrate with an existing LMS?

Transfr simulations are experienced with a Transfr application on a managed VR headset that cannot be accessed through an LMS. Transfr does however support classroom rostering integrations with many popular learning management systems including Canvas. Support for Blackboard and others will be available for the 2025 school year. Contact us to learn more.

Is Transfr COPPA compliant for children?

Yes. Transfr collects only necessary directory-level info about children under 13, obtains verifiable parental consent, and complies with COPPA/FERPA requirements.

Can I still use Transfr without giving access to other applications in a VR headset?

Yes! All Transfr headsets come with ‘kiosk mode’ enabled, which restricts access to only Transfr applications. This ensures learners stay focused on the classroom curriculum while giving instructors complete control over the learning environment.
